Developing Dreams Since '63

In the mid 1960’s, G.G. Gale, Jr. began his more than 40 year career in the land business while working for a developer in San Antonio, Texas.  His natural talents in the industry quickly gained him the respect of his employer, and he was promoted to Sales Manager while continuing to play an integral part in the company’s advertising and land development needs.  During more than ten years with the company, he was responsible for seven subdivisions with an accumulative acreage total of 6,700.  

G.G. Gale left his employment in the mid 1970’s to develop and market his own properties as well as properties for other individuals and companies.  His first development, Timberwood Park, would soon be the accomplishment for which his legacy would be built upon.  Today, this development remains one of the city’s most sought-after places to call home.  If you happened to tune in to one of San Antonio’s radio stations during the weekend, you would probably hear G.G. encouraging the people of San Antonio and nearby communities to “come to Timberwood Park where there’s more tree tops than roof tops.”  

Among G.G.’s list of superior acreage tracts is this newest development, appropriately named Serenity Oaks.  This project is located on the Guadalupe River in Comal County and is modeled after Timberwood Park.  These 1 to 3 acre lots in the Texas Hill Country feature a beautiful recreational park with all the pleasures of waterfront living.  

During his life and long career,  G.G. developed, marketed, and sold more than 14,000 acres ranging from Texas to Arkansas.
